It did not strike me until it was mentioned by a friend – the trick to knowing why many of my runs (or, let’s say, plans for long runs) failed is because of N-A-P. The new definition of NAP = No Action Plan. it is that simple. Whoa! And a half-baked action plan is worse than having none. It applies to everything in life. 🙂
Even the largest or the toughest of our goals can be broken down to smaller versions that add-up to the larger, fuller goal. Once these baby steps are clearer, we need to put them in our day-to-day routine. One small thing done with joy builds up to the larger dream.
